Zellify, a quiz and funnel creation platform, required support establishing its first analytics framework prior to launch. The team needed clear definition of product success metrics across the user funnel, a measurement plan tracking progression from signup through funnel creation to payment, a connection between PostHog tracking and actionable business questions, and foundational dashboards for post-launch iteration.
