The Challenge

Unravel needed to implement Statsig quickly and correctly but lacked internal expertise on SDK implementation, event tracking, and experimentation best practices. Rather than spending weeks on trial-and-error learning, they required expert guidance to establish proper configurations from the outset.

What We Did

1. Initial discovery call to understand Unravel’s objectives and current setup
2. Rapid audit identifying configuration issues and gaps
3. 1.5-hour live demo covering experiment setup, evaluation workflows, and best practices
4. Detailed findings document with prioritized recommendations
5. Final close-off call and comprehensive event audit

The Results

Unravel successfully deployed Statsig using industry standards. They implemented the correct SDKs for event tracking and experimentation, configured appropriate API keys across development, staging, and production environments, designed and instrumented events with proper properties, structure, and naming conventions, and established experiments with proper exposure rules, overrides, targeting, and evaluation settings. The team was also enabled with advanced analysis capabilities using sequential testing, CUPED, and guardrail metrics.
