The Challenge

Ticket Tailor, an event ticketing platform, had product and marketing teams that lacked visibility into user interactions with their platform. They couldn’t identify which features delivered the most impact, had no in-product attribution system connecting user behavior to advertising campaigns, had insufficient understanding of user activity throughout the lifecycle, and the internal team was inexperienced with analytics tools like Amplitude.

What We Did

  4. Training and Enablement — Conducted Academy-format sessions for product, marketing, customer experience, and development teams
  5. Dashboard Creation — Built custom dashboards tailored to specific business needs

The Results

The engagement delivered an Amplitude setup with 50%+ coverage of defined use cases, 16 core product KPIs defined and tracked including event creation rate and ticket conversion rate, and end-to-end tracking across staging and production environments. Four cross-functional teams were trained in Amplitude, with four key team members now creating charts independently. Custom dashboards for conversion analysis, feature adoption, and engagement were delivered, with clean, structured event data eliminating guesswork and analytics embedded in weekly decision-making rituals.
