The Challenge
Notarize had fragmented data pipelines creating inconsistencies across GA4, advertising platforms, and Klaviyo, no structured experimentation, and teams lacked transparency into growth metrics.
The Solution
Adasight implemented data governance with Segment, GA4, and Klaviyo integration, ran UX-driven A/B tests using LaunchDarkly, and developed growth models with real-time tracking dashboards.
Key Results
- 15% revenue increase within 9 months
- 10-15% improvement in clickthrough and conversion rates
- A/B test doubled document upload conversion on landing pages
- Multivariate test improved session-to-user conversion by over 10%
The Challenge
Notarize, a digital notarization platform, encountered three primary obstacles. Fragmented data pipelines created inconsistencies across GA4, advertising platforms, and Klaviyo. The absence of structured experimentation prevented progress on user engagement and conversion optimization. And teams lacked transparency into growth metrics with unclear role alignment.
What We Did
Adasight implemented a three-part approach:
Data Governance: Coordinated with developers to construct a robust data pipeline integrating Segment, GA4, ad platforms, and Klaviyo, ensuring consistent tracking across all touchpoints.
Experimentation: Conducted UX/UI assessments with heatmap analysis and configured A/B tests using LaunchDarkly to systematically test and validate improvements.
Growth Model and Dashboard: Developed multiple scenario models and built real-time tracking dashboards to monitor progress.
The Results
Experiment 1 — Landing Page Alignment: Testing the hypothesis that tailored landing pages matching ad messaging would increase conversions, an A/B test compared the default generic page against three ad-specific variants. Two of three new pages outperformed the control, increasing CTA clicks by 5-10% and document uploads by 10%.
Experiment 2 — Making Requirements Visible: Heatmap analysis revealed users rarely interacted with hidden requirement lists. A multivariate test compared the control (hidden requirements) against two variants with visible requirements. Results: Control had a 27.33% session-to-user conversion rate versus Variant 1 at 30.24% (+10.64%) and Variant 2 at 29.9% (+9.4%).
Overall, Notarize achieved a 15% revenue increase within 9 months and a 10-15% improvement in clickthrough and conversion rates across experiments.
Adasight has been an incredible partner for Notarize! They helped us clean up our data, build a growth model that clarified our goals, and navigate LaunchDarkly for seamless experimentation.
